This term describes a very handy alarm system function. It is used for temporary disarming the alarm in rooms, which have been accessed from disarmed spaces (like the bedroom). This means that if you wake up at night feeling thirsty you can march into the armed kitchen with no interferences. Nexo using motion sensors, considerate for other house hold members, will turn on the lights on 30% power and disarm the nearest partition. As soon as the motion sensors become inactive the lights will go off and the alarm will be again armed.

The system’s program features allow SMS reports on any given event, the alarm system being disarmed by a specified user for instance. This Nexo function is applicable for monitoring your child’s safe comeback or checking the maids working time. SMS notification can be used with any other event; a text message sent to your phone can replace a call to the security when a limited access room is breached.

Nexo easily manages heating features through a system of scheduled tasks, temperature sensors’ analysis, weather stations communication, insolence sensors’ signals or certain events. If programmed, the system shuts the heating off in a room with opened windows. The temperature can be adjusted in every room separately, depending on the time of the day. For increased heating efficiency a proper hydraulic infrastructure is recommended.

Every Keeloq Microchip remote can control Nexo. It’s a series of pendant automatic pilots, which each of 4 buttons can be assigned to a specified Nexo action. Just one button can also initiate a whole series of responses, for example open the entry and garage gate, turn on the outdoor lights (depending on the time of the day) and disarm the alarm system. Four buttons don’t give you just four actions. You can also program a sequence of buttons for any system reaction or assign one button to different actions depending on the time of the day. In practice this means that one button can command: “open if closed”, “close if opened” or “stop if opening/closing”

Nexwell meets their customers half way. We developed a PC-link device and software for PC management as an additional element of the system. Nevertheless our standard offer contains an 8’’ wide, user-friendly touchscreen making the PC-link device redundant to a common user. The device has been designed specifically for installers to allow remote programming.

Operated through the LCD touchscreen the CCTV expander gives you high resolution surveillance. It allows manual or automatic switching over cameras within the movement-activated zone. It is the same impulse that manages image recording to be enabled only by sensor or entry phone activation. The recording disposition can of course apply only to an armed system or can also be used for looking after playing children.

We already installed the system in a number of houses and institutions. The alarm subsystem is S-class certified which is the highest rank in polish SSWiN system standards. The trust laid in Nexo by the Mining Security Unit in Lubin has never been jeopardized. However Nexo’s default features contain a fully adapted alarm system with security notification, voice synthesizer, a DTMF detector and a radioline. The system allows to divide your property into 32 zones, 16 partitions (max. 240 inputs) and manage that by up to 128 users. Burglars can be driven away by random ‘presence simulation’ and the fire alarm with automatic fire department notification can easily prevent fire situations.
In other words, Nexo’s alarm system is modern and fully integrated. Its installation is simpler compared to traditional systems and the configuration and control options are far more advanced. We strongly recommend you Nexo’s alarm system. To install it changing the motherboard is the only necessary action, as the sensors arrangement stays absolutely the same. We guarantee your full satisfaction.

Nexo allows light control from both wall switches and LCD touchscreens. Also by grouping several light points you can manage them at the same time with just one defined switch. Additionally the system doesn’t work in an off-on way as dimming is also a possibility.
Of course the most convenient way to manage your illumination features is to fully automate them. You can easily link the light switch with a motion sensor and the dusk (or insolence) sensor and define a time interval in which the lights are supposed to go on/off. For instance, if

• motion sensor is activated
• it’s dark outside
• time is between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.

lights are turned on to maximum power. Between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the lights run only on 30% power and go off automatically if the motion sensor is inactive for at least 3 minutes.

TUKAN main unit is Nexwell’s copyright solution. It’s responsible for Nexo’s main unit and executive utilities communication. We created it for your convenience: it links TUKAN modules “point to point” forming a network of individual devices, thus minimizing the number of necessary installation wires. All of these elements are fully accessible through the LCD touchscreen, remote control, SMS or local switches.

TUKAN main unit is compatible with both executive (sockets, blinds, illumination) and input devices (temperature, alarm, soil dampness sensors etc.) making Nexo universal and fully adjustable to mains electricity, at the same time reducing wiring to the absolute minimum. The main unit can be looped, arranged in star or bus topology.Tukan bus supports up to 32 modules, and it’s total length should not exceed length of 1,500 meters in the bus topology, and 500 meters in a star topology.

Capital letters and diacritic marks are meaningless in commands but are distinguished in the names of partitions, blinds and outputs. Names of utilities written continuously do not require apostrophes.

YES. But you have to pay attention to whether the driver designed for the device allows for external control by other devices. There are a lot of different solutions on the market and some of them make integration quite difficult, so you should check this before buying such solution. Often these opportunities are not visible in the commercial documentation for these devices, because these features are rarely used. Sometimes fitting to the Nexo system will be possible only after buying an additional controller, intended to carry out such functions.
